May was amazing at the Dixie highway Hardee’s 5 star customer service

The only Hardee's in Gainesville has the worst customer service. It cant be hard to put what some orders and pays for in a bag. Now, when I get home, miles away and realized I was missing three items for my order I called and was meet with attitude instead of we'll make it right. When you are in the wrong you should sit down, be humble.

I order once in a while from here and always the service is satisfactory unless on busy days. Yesterday i ordered and burger was not really a treat because it tasted a little dry.

Attitude of customer service is very rude. They don't listen to your complain regarding food seriously. I feel really disappointed by their treatment and will definitely not try it again!

The Food is great, the environment is lovely, And the staff is Friendly.

Hardees in Carlisle Pa has terrible food. Ordered biscuit and gravy with gravy on the side. The gravy on the biscuit was very runny with little to no sausage and the gravy on the side was a big glob of something. The biscuit was hard and the gravy was tasteless. No more Hardees for me.

Drive up at Hardee’s on Wanamaker. Forgot to give coupon until I was ready to pay. Explained and gave coupon with money to pay. Cashier immediately got manager to help her. Neither cashier nor manager could figure out change. Cashier threw some of my change on the ground. Asked to speak to manager all he said is they were busy. Yeah right...1 customer inside and 1 car behind me. Overcharged me $2 and didn’t go back. Lots of other places to eat without getting attitude.

We visited the hardee's on the caryville exit in tn the lady asked us for our order and I said we would have the breaded chicken sandwich and the rude woman asked if we wanted the 3pc or 5pc. We looked at each other and was like ???? have they chicken sandwiches started to multiply cause we always thought a chicken sandwich was just one unless it was during a chicken orgy in which then I understand it being a 5 piece. Then she rudely asked if we wanted a number 14 or 15. I don't know wat number the chicken had stamped on it so we just wanted a plain breaded chicken with no number or anything. After getting another sandwich grilled this time we were asked to pull forward. When the rude woman brought us our food she threw it at us like either we had a disease or had some stank on us and took off without even saying enjoy or have a good evening or even a kiss my ass I will not be going back to that hardees again.

Poor customer service! Had breakfast delivered by Doordash. I was short one biscuit, so I called Hardee's. I know mistakes happen, but Hardee's would not own up with "I'm sorry that happened." I was told come back and pick up my biscuit or have the driver to come back. What made me upset was how I was told by the manager Amanda to pick up my biscuit. Went to the Hardee’s on peach orchard rd in Augusta Ga. As usual something was left off my order . I ordered a Hardee’s breakfast and it comes with hash browns of course I didn’t get them. Ask for butter girl said it was in the bag but it wasn’t and no fork or anything to eat with. WAKE UP PEOPLE or I will take my business somewhere else. Trying to support you but you’ve got to get better. The food is good I can say that.

Swansea, SC worst service and slow slow slow

The Hardee’s of of Centerville and mtpleasant. Chesapeake ,Va. the worst I’ve ever been too. They were rude and smart butts. They just act like they don’t want to do their job as well. Like customers bother them. It’s truly sad. I Will never be back . Sorry ????
